Product description A set of 3 handcrafted magnets featuring my artworks "The Feather" (2021), "Liquid" (2022) and "Andrea (Week 8)" (2022). You can give these magnets as a present or use them to decorate your home!

  • MaterialI printed the artworks on matte photo paper and mounted the prints on 3 mm foamboard. I laminated the tiles with a thin layer of matte masking tape and embedded a small neodym magnet in a hole, which I carved into the back of the tile. The magnet is then sealed with a layer of self-adhesive film, making the magnetic tile water resistant. The colours of the print are radiant and the artwork is captured with a very high level of detail.
  • CareThe magnets can be easily attached to all magnetic surfaces, inside or outside of the house. E.g., you can use the magnets as fridge magnets or kitchen magnets, or to attach notes. The most fun part is to move these little artworks around and to explore the effect they have in different places. The magnets are lightweight and feel warm to the touch, like wood. The magnets resist water but should not be exposed to water for long.
  • SizeThe magnetic tiles are 7 cm x 9.5 cm with a thickness of 3 mm. Due to the handmade process, there may be minor deviations in size.
