Shipping policy

Shipment processing time

  • All general orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 
  • All custom / personalized orders are processed within 10 business days. 

Shipments do not occur on weekends or holidays. If in any case delays will occur, you will be notified accordingly.


Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We charge a shipping flat rate of Euro 9,99 for all orders within Europe.

Please find below the estimated delivery times for standard shipping for some reference destinations. Please note that these estimated transit times are provided by our shipping companies and we can not give any guarantees on them.

Estimated shipping times:
-North America: 5-12 business days
-Europe: 3-6 working days
-Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 6-14 business days
-Asia and Pacific: 6-14 business days
-Latin America and the Caribbean: 6-14 business days
-North Africa and Middle East: 6-14 business days


Shipment confirmation and order tracking

After shipment you will always receive a track & trace code for tracking your parcel (unless otherwise informed).


Customs, duties, and taxes

Provocateur is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Provocateur is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
